Hello,
unfortunately none of our customers receive their automatic booking/confirmation emails. I am at my wits' end trying to find out what happened and how to fix it. Can you help?
I'm happy to provide credentials. Thank you!

Unfortunately no luck... In my efforts to fix the problem I did change the SMTP password thinking it was just my email password. I work with IONOS Mail so I don't know where I would find my SMTP password or if it matters?

Hello Barbara,

If you changed your email password, it likely also changed your SMTP password since IONOS Mail typically uses the same credentials for both incoming (IMAP/POP3) and outgoing (SMTP) mail servers.

To find or reset your SMTP password:

Log in to your IONOS account at IONOS login.

Go to Email → Manage Email Accounts.

Select your email address and look for an option to reset or view your SMTP settings.

If needed, reset your password and update it in your email client or SMTP settings in your application.

After updating the password, make sure to update it wherever your SMTP credentials are being used (e.g., WordPress, email clients, or any third-party apps). Let me know if you need help troubleshooting further!
