We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear support,
I want tot export the current Amelia data to my test-environment. I use the steps to export/migrate Amelia in this article: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3420551/
My steps are:
1. Install and activate the Amelia plugin
2. Import the users to this new site using the plugin 'Import and export users and customers' by Javier Carazo.
3. Delete all the Amelia tables from the database.
4. Import the Amelia tables
It all looks ok, but the link between the Amelia customers and the Wordpress users is gone.
Are these steps ok, or do I miss something? Is there a quick way to re-link the Amelia customers to the imported Wordpress users??
With regards,
Jurgen
Dear Jurgen,
Thank you for reaching out! Your steps for migrating Amelia's data are generally correct. However, the link between Amelia customers and WordPress users does not transfer automatically during this process. Unfortunately, there is no automated way to re-link them, so this would need to be done manually.
Let me know if you need any further clarification!
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Manually?? We live in 2025 Uroš! I allready fixed it using a MySQL query...
Hello Jurgen,
We usually do not support direct MySQL queries, as most of our users prefer managing configurations through the interface rather than running database commands. However, if this solution works for you, that's great! Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
