We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Custom rows per page shows bullets

The tables I'm using on my site are quite large, so I use the "Custom rows per page" feature so my visitors can select how many rows they want to see. I've set it up as the instructions note, and it looks fine in the editing screen. But, live on my site there's bullets between the numbers and it looks like garbage. Please see attached screen shots. Does anyone know how to get rid of those?

    Hi Chris.

Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.

If nothing helps, let me know, and I'll see with our team if we can find any custom CSS to help you with this.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković

    He Aleksandar,

Turning off the theme completely destroys the site! But I did that, and as I somewhat suspected, that is the issue.

I use Colibri and (like WPTables) I have a lifetime subscription plan, so I'm well vested into that. Plus I wouldn't have the time or energy to dump that and completely redesign the site. I'm thinking if you could somehow come up with a CSS that could fix this menu thing, that would be the way to go. I've attached a screen shot of the two I disabled to get it to work.

I've created a temp admin for my other ticket, maybe while you're in there you can look at this too. Login credentials in my next message (private).

    Hi Chris,

You're welcome, we are happy to see this helped. I will pass the thanks to Aleksandar for coming up with the Custom CSS solution and we will make note of this for other users who might encounter the same style conflict as in this case.

Of course, you can keep monitoring and let us know if the CSS turns out to be disrupting anything else on Site - so far it looks good. :)

We also responded to the public ticket 3816869 so please check it out and we will keep following up on that subject there.

In short - We have a built-in way to load images in a LightBox, but we will go into more details on that ticket. :)

If anything else/unrelated comes up, please don't hesitate to open new tickets.
    Thanks again.

    Kind Regards,
