As you can see in the video, and at the URL provided, when the content within the popup extends below the fold of the browser window, sometimes the page content scrolls and sometimes the popup content scrolls. This is a big usability issue because the Book Now button is not visible in this scenario.
Thank you for sharing the video and the details. We have noted this issue and will look into it. I appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.
Hi Uros, thank you for responding and acknowledging the issue. Will you please let me know when this is resolved? Do you have an estimate as to when the fix will be implemented? The site is built in the Elementor Wordpress plugin by the way. If there are any temporary javascript solutions in the meantime that I can use, feel free to share with me.
For now, we will avoid adding photos to the photo gallery and will keep the event description very short, and doing so will allow the "book now" button to remain visible on mobile without having to scroll to view it.
Thank you for your patience, and I appreciate you providing that context. Unfortunately, I don't have an exact ETA for the fix at the moment, but I can assure you that we are actively working on addressing the issue.
In the meantime, while we are implementing the necessary improvements, I understand that you want to ensure the "book now" button remains visible. While it's not a permanent solution, adjusting the content length as you've done by keeping the event description short and avoiding adding too many photos is a practical workaround for the time being.
I'll continue to monitor the progress on this issue and will keep you updated as soon as there are any developments. Thanks again for your understanding, and I’ll make sure to notify you when the resolution is ready.

Thank you! Yes, shortening the content area is our solution in the meantime.
