Please do not write more than once on the ticket because it sends it to the end of the queue. We work on the tickets in order as they arrive, and each of your new replies sends a ticket to the end of the queue. Please open a separate ticket for each question or issue and wait for us to respond and we will try to help as best as we can to resolve the issue effectively and as soon as possible.
We will take a look at this now and we will reach out to you again on this ticket as soon as we have more information.
We currently see February 11th and 12th as available for booking.
Amelia does not have such bugs, and the service's working hours depend on the employee's working hours. However, we need to check the shortcode you have placed on the page. If you are using the [ameliastepbooking] shortcode, all employees should be displayed. In that case, please check the Customize section to ensure that the employee field is not hidden
The employee field is only hidden for two reasons:
If you have manually hidden it.
If the shortcode you are using displays the booking form for only one specific employee.
Additionally, if these employees are connected to a calendar, please disable the "Remove Google and Outlook busy slots" option in Settings → Integrations and check if the missing time slots and days appear. It is possible that something in the calendar is set to "busy," blocking those time slots.
We must admit that your comment about specific days off confused us a bit. Apologies if we misunderstood something. However, if you have set certain employees to be on leave from February 6th to 13th, those days should not be available for booking. If you wish to make them available, you will need to remove those days off.
If we have misunderstood anything, please provide us with exact details and screenshots of the issue so we can better understand and assist you.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.

It was this. The employee marked his working hours as busy, causing the discrepancy. Thanks a lot. Seriously. We were having issues with this for almost a week.
You are most welcome, and we are glad that we were able to help you. Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
