Thanks for reaching out to us! I see that you’ve already found the answer—that’s correct. You can configure the appointment status under General Settings (which applies to all services) or set a default appointment status for each individual service.
Please, keep me posted or feel free to open a new ticket on Ticksy in case you have other questions and we will kindly provide assistance.
Hi Stefan... so it looks like, even though I have set the default status to "Approved" in both the general settings and also for the individual service settings, they still default to "Pending". Any ideas of what else I can try? I was hoping to not have to manually approve every appointment :/
Have you configured the minimum service capacity to more than 1? If so, the appointments will be stored as "pending" until the minimum capacity is reached.
Hi there. I have things set to auto-approve appointments but they still show up as pending. Am i missing something?
see screenshots where the appointment has been already paid for by the customer but shows up as pending :/
Please help!
Chris

I may have answered my own question... I need to set the default status in the SERVICE settings (not general settings)
I'll see how it goes next time someone books

Thanks Stefan, I'll check that setting and report back after my next appointment booking and hopefully that does the trick.
Chris
