In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have you plugin but how can I sell memberships with expiry date?
I tried adding packages but it's mandatory to add services.
For example I have a spa and you can buy: 1 or more entries but I also want to offer the option to buy a subscription or membership, per month, so you will have unlimited entries.
How can I do that?

Amelia does not have a built-in option to sell memberships or subscriptions without linking them to specific services. You can use an integration with Paid Memberships Pro or another membership plugin for WordPress to offer monthly subscriptions with unlimited entries.
If your goal is to allow unlimited bookings within a specific period, that is not currently possible directly through Amelia packages. Packages always require linking to specific services and a limited number of appointments.
