I have recently moved my site onto a new domain, which is a very (stupidly) easy thing to do in my managed wordpress hosting dashboard. I didn't realize this would affect my Amelia license until too late.
The 'old' domain, https://pragmatarot.com (where my Amelia license was activated) is now parked - the WP instance was just renamed so going into to the 'old' WP site to deactivate it is not an option.
In the 'new' site as it now sits on https://tarot.studiocazimi.com, I have no option to either deactivate or activate. A popup tells me the info is hidden and I have to go to the TMS Store. On the TMS dashboard it shows that the domain in use is pragmatarot.com, and there doesn't seem to be a way to add the new domain there because my license is only good for 1 domain.
Please give me some options - I'm in the middle of moving to a new host and the errors I'm getting from the Amelia plugin are preventing the backups I need to clone the site on my new hosting provider's server. (It's currently only loading in debug mode!)
Apologies, I found that the issue was a window size limitation and the button I needed was there but off screen after a huge amount of white space that was very unintuitive. I think I have corrected the issue!
