Thanks for reaching out to us. Have you made any changes to WooCoomerce rules? If you have the on site payment method enabled, then Amelia will approve the booking in advance, however, if you have any online payment method enabled, it won't let the customer book the appointment without paying the amount first.
When Woocommerce rejects my order, Amelia accepts it. So my client has a package without paying. How can I fix this.
