I have no idea where i can start explaining. Me and my website designer have been trying to connect the whatsapp to amelia, when we actually got into the account there were two main accounts and 4 smaller accounts, once of them we created Wapp and successfully managed the first few steps.
But as i was generating the token i most probably used the wrong account, so my token whatsapp id, phone number id are all wrong, would it be possible to take over and continue to process from your end or help me identify where we went wrong and we either delete the last few steps and continue from there.
Anything would help.
I also generated some few templates and thats where I identified that my accounts dont match.
