Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the access. I see this issue when sending a test email. 

This usually indicates that either the credentials (SMTP username or password) are incorrect, or your hosting provider has restrictions in place preventing emails from being sent.

Could you please double-check your credentials and also reach out to your hosting provider to verify if any restrictions are affecting email delivery?

It looks like the credentials don’t work anymore. I tried using the same ones as before, but they didn’t seem to work. Have there been any changes?
