We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have a pro license, and yet a ticket I opened 5 days ago has been ignores. This is the secopnd time this has happened to me with WpDataTables support. Please respond.
I've had one opened for exactly one month and they've ignored it too. And, like you, I have Pro license as well.
Well, at least someone is responding… just a shame it’s not support. So much for ‘Pro’ meaning priority. At this point, I’m already looking for an alternative—any recommendations?
Honestly, no… even though this one has its bugs/quirks, it's still the best I've found. It just seems their support is non-existent and I paid for the "lifetime" because I loathe monthly "subscriptions".
Yes, it’s frustrating when the best option still has major drawbacks.

I reached out to both of you privately on your existing tickets, but since this is a public one, I'll respond here as well - no need to hide anything.
This support platform is giving us hell with tickets - we receive emails from people, just like you, who submit their tickets and don't receive a response for days or even weeks. It automatically sets the status of a ticket to "read" and since we don't see the last responder unless we manually browse through all tickets and hover over them, we don't know that we owe you a response.
We're well under way of finding an alternative support system and I hope it will be implemented in a month or two. Until then, please feel free to reach out to our colleague Milos directly via [email protected] if you see any similar issues in the near future.
