We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    We like the plugin. However, there is a thing that does not look great.
    If you are an employee and log it, you will se the "employee panel", and if you're a client, you will see the "client panel".
    For us, this does not looks great. We would like these "names" to be editable.

    For example, for the "employee panel" we would use "coach panel". And for the "client panel" we would use "student panel" or just "my panel" for everyone.

    The current two names are too "business related", and it is not good for marketing.

    Please, could you do something about this?

    P.S: If this is already editable and I haven't found where to do it, please, accept my apologies and show me the way.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. There is no such possibilities built in at the moment. If this perhaps can be changed we are not sure but perhaps you can try and see if this can be changed via poedit.

    Words can be changed using POEDIT for example very easily. 

    If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:

    1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer.

    2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file.

    3. You need to download and install POEDIT. 

    4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.

    5. Translate all the strings that are not translated

    6. Save the translation.

    7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.

    This is an example of the French language, but you will choose yours.

    Thanks for your reply. And sorry for the delay in my response. We actually edited it really fast and easy inside the plugin, there is a place to change it so that's good.
