We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We have tried to change woocommerce settings in amelia management section because, when payment didn’t take place and woocommerce cancelled appointment, amelia didn’t respond to that. Now I changed some settings in amelia management section and every woocommerce item has title “on hold” and amelia status is pending for payment. Payment status isn’t changing on both (amelia and woocommerce) even if payment has gone correctly - I can check this on our payment gateway - PAYU. Can you give me some advise how to set up payment options, so everything will be shown as it really is?
Hi Tomasz,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
When it comes to WooCommerce integration, it’s important to ensure that the correct WooCommerce rules are applied. We generally recommend keeping them set to default. Below are the default rules for WooCommerce payments.
The integration between Amelia and WooCommerce works by assigning WooCommerce products to Amelia services. Each time a customer books a specific service, they are essentially selecting the WooCommerce product linked to that service.
You can find more details about the WooCommerce integration at this link.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

ok, thank you for your answer.
This section apply on: order creation/order update - this is dependent on woocommerce - when something is changing at woocommerce or when we change something manually on Amelia?
Hi Tomasz,
“Apply On” is where you can define the rule which will trigger the change of the appointment status, and that an action can be either order creation or order update.
So, if the appointment is booked on "order creation" with the default appointment booking status the order will have the status "processing" and the appointment will have the default appointment status (in this case pending)
However, if you choose "order update" and change the default appointment status for example, on order update, the Amelia appointment status will change automatically
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
