I have a problem with booking and logging into the site. If a person first registers on the site as a WordPress user, then in Amelia all fields are automatically filled in when booking a meeting. And then the person is logged in as a WordPress user and as a Amelia customer.
But if a guest first books a meeting in Amelia and enters the customer panel, then he does not log in as a WordPress user on the site. Moreover, he is thrown out of Amelia's customer panel after refreshing the page. And the customer must log in again.
Is it possible to somehow solve this problem so that the customer does not enter his data 2 times? It is necessary to either prohibit guests from booking lessons without registering on the site first, or provide a login to the WordPress profile when logging into the Amelia customer panel.
In short, a person can login to Amelia with WordPress user role as shown in your video
But it doesn't work in reverse.
Hi Alexander,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
By default, each customer is registered in Amelia as an Amelia Customer. However, this doesn’t mean they are automatically created as a WordPress user with the Amelia Customer role.
To enable this, there is a separate option called "Automatically create Amelia Customer user." If this option is enabled, the customer will receive login credentials via email, which they can use to access both the Customer Panel and WordPress.
Additionally, if they are already logged into the WordPress site, they will be automatically logged into the Customer Panel as well.
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov

I enabled the option "Automatically create Amelia Customer user." But I would like to simplify the registration process as much as possible without sending an email with login information. Is it possible to add some code to functions.php so that new users are automatically created as a WordPress user with the Amelia Customer role?
Hi Alexander,
With the option enabled, customers are automatically created as WP users with the Amelia Customer user role. However, the email sent to the customer is the WordPress email, not the Amelia email. This is a generic email that is triggered whenever a WP user is created.
