Is there anyway to send notifications for no-show. I see the current actions triggers are pending, approved, cancelled, rejected. If we could also send out a notification for missed or no shows it would be great. Let me know if this feature exists.
Unfortunately, there isn’t an option to change the no-show status before the customer misses the appointment. In other words, the no-show status is only available after the appointment has been missed, and only if the option is enabled.
