hi! i have been having critical issues regarding timezones. My employees are having scheduled appointments in out-of-work hours, some Clients are having trouble with timezones when scheduling and when I try to fix it manually, the timezones im looking for are "blocked". i have read the documentation and cant find the issue.
Since Amelia doesn't have its own timezone settings, it relies on the WordPress timezone configuration. If the timezone is set to Mexico, your customers will see the timeslots based on the Mexico timezone. However, there is also an option called "Show timeslots in client timezone". If this is enabled, all customers will see the timeslots according to their own location and timezone.
The reason you see different timeslots in the backend is that you have the "Allow admin to book at any time" option enabled. When this option is turned on, an admin can see timeslots even outside of the employee's working hours.
Hi! the "Show timeslots in client timezone" is enabled, and the problem isnt that admin can book at any time, the problem of most of my working hours (from 7AM to 2PM) are missing completely.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. The screenshot you've provided is the Global Work hours, however, the work hours shouldn't be configured here. Each employee must have it's own work hours configured in Employee settings. For example, the employee - Luis Fernando Figueroa has these work hours configured
You WP user is an Administator, but you have another user roles assigned. There should be only one user role assigned (in this case - administrator)
This is creating a conflict - for example, I'm not able to book an appointment from the backend with this user since it has multiple user roles assigned.
The employee that isnt getting any appointments its Luis Fernando Figueroa, even when he has his hours configured as you show.
The WP-admin user i gave you i use it for multiple testing. I dont want appointments for my WP-admin testing user.
If i get what you are saying, ¿is the multiple roles of other/unrelated users (my WP-admin) causing Luis Fernando Figueroa having no appointments? ¿why does this dont affect other employees, since everyone else (Fra Salazar and Daniela Sarviola) is having appointments scheduled normally?
It's directly affecting the WP user "Melissa De la Torre", the user you've gave me access to. Since there are administrator and employee user roles assigned at the same time, I'm not able to book any appointments from the backend. The option is missing, because by default, the employee cant preview the appointments that are not assigned to him, and yet, there is a administrator user role.
if no user roles conflicts, an admin should clearly see the option to book a new appointment
I deleted the employee (Luis Figueroa) user and did another one just in case something was off with the configuration. The issue its still happening. I tried moving an appointment from mine to the employee. The whole week appears as not available for him (IMG 5) even if the service its assigned to the employee (IMG 6), the services and working hours are set (IMG 7) and doesnt have Rest days that week (IMG 8).
Apologies for the delayed response. There’s no need to assign services in the employee work hours, as those services are already assigned in the service settings. So, if you remove the services from the Work Hours settings, it won’t affect their availability or assignment.
All date and times will be available for booking
Even if you disable the "allow admin to book at any time option"
