Our workflow for new clients is as follows:

1. Customer buys a package.
2. Customer fills in contact info and completes payment.
3. Info is used to automatically create an Amelia Customer user.
4. Customer immediately accesses the Customer Panel and should be prompted to set their own password.

However, we are running into a critical issue right before our launch:

• After the customer successfully buys the package and presses the Customer Panel button, it does not always prompt them to set a password.
• This results in customers being locked out of their newly created account, which is a major problem.

1. What could be causing this issue?
2. How can we ensure that all new users are properly prompted to create their password after their first login?
3. Is there a workaround or a setting we need to adjust to fix this issue?

Thank you for your reply, but that doesn't explain much to me.
I understand that the "Automatically create Amelia setting" will create a new user each time a new booking is made.
However, there's this bug, specially on mobile, that not always will prompt the user to set his own password, and the Reset your password feature, will send the link, but they won't be able to log in.

The bug only happens in mobile, is this something you've experienced before?

MY SOLUTION: I created a script that automatically set certain password for the newly created accounts, this way my clients can change their password as soon as they are logged in.
