Amelia already works this way by default, and I’d be happy to explain how it works. If you have a single service with multiple employees assigned, and a customer books an appointment for that service, Amelia will automatically assign the booking to an available employee at random. Of course, this takes into account factors such as current availability, employee work hours, and other settings.
If you'd like to adjust this behavior, you can do so in the Appointment Settings under the "Employee Selection Logic" option.
Hello,
How to set up system that customer can "BOOK WITH ANYONE"?
Thanks
Hi Irena,
Thank you for reaching out to us.

I hope this helps.
