Good morning, I would like to be able to have the workers insert themselves with a form. Is there a way for them to create their own profile, inserting their data, and categories, prices, etc? Or do I always have to create it for the first time and then they manage it?

Is there a way, otherwise with a webhook with make or similar, like gravity form, and then inserting the data to Amelia?
I have another question, can two users be created with the same email and two different names... for example two brothers with one email and one manages the appointments for both from his worker panel?

    Hi Oscar,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately, there isn't a built-in option in Amelia to allow employees to register themselves directly. If they attempt to "book" through the form, they will be registered as customers, not employees.

Admins need to manually add each employee and, if desired, assign them to a WordPress user. Once set up, credentials can then be shared with the employees. While it may be possible to achieve this through webhooks or the API, it would require customization, which we currently don’t provide.

Additionally, Amelia doesn’t allow multiple employees to share the same email address, as each must have a unique email to receive notifications.

There is a workaround - You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to the [email protected] address.

    Kind Regards,
