Not sure if we can influence this since this shows on their end but you can perhaps try this.

Go to Amelia Settings/Payments, scroll down and open "MetaData and Description". There, you can configure the description that will show up in the cart (otherwise it uses the default cart description that you see):

When you add it like this (it currently has to be in HTML Mode, because we have a bug with the test mode, but it will be fixed for the next update), the cart shows this:

It can be modified per Appointment, Package, and Event. The example shown above is for Events only. Hope this helps in case it does not please reach out to their support team to see if this can somehow can be changed on their end.

In the meantime, we have checked this with our developers, and unfortunately, it is currently not possible to modify this aspect of the design. We understand that this may not be ideal for you, but due to technical limitations—not only on our end—this adjustment cannot be made at the moment.
