Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. You can try and remove them via custom CSS for example 

.am-fs__pis-service-info span {
    display: none
}

Then it should look like this

As for corrupt images this is most likely due to your pictures they are corupted or wrong format please try and some others and see how it goes we have just tested this and we do not see any issues
