In services edit service there is option limit appointments per customer but this is applied only for "individual" bookings one by one. If you want to limit recurring appointments then this is not possible Im afraid to achieve in Amelia at this time.

What is happening now regards the payments with PayPal and Stripe.
Basically, in the form, it does not let me change the email and put a different one to verify if the payment options work.
Plus, if I click on stripe I can click on anything to insert the CC options.
Finally, with Paypal it opens a different page and then automatically redirects to my website with an error saying: "the email already exists with a different name. Please, verify your name". I understand this issue is connected to fact I can't modify the email in the form.

We are not quite sure what the issue is but we will try to help as best as we can. If the issue is that data are pre fileld on a book and you can not change them this is because you are testing while logged in to WordPress. So please try and test this from incognito mode. Also you should never test while logged in to WP since you can create conflict of roles so you need to test everything from incognito mode.
For Stripe we do not understand what the issue is we do not see any issue but for PayPal and mail exist issue you need to turn off option in settings role setting employees called Check customer's name for existing email/phone when booking.
