Hello, Since yesterday it is not possible for me to edit events or appointments. Not in the back end, not in the employee panel. Can you help me?
I did try some things and they didn't work: *log in from employee panel * Make a new admin account on wordpress (because this was a solution for a problem a while ago) * Deactivate the plugin * deactivate plugins which might cause trouble; but they were working fine before yesterday.
I can make new appointments and I can make new events, but I cannot edit or duplicate them.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for the access. Is the problem related to the employee panel or the admin backend? Because with the WP user you've provided, i can book and edit the appointments without any issues.
Yes, i've made a mistake, they are not the same. However, the strange thing is that I'm still able to create and edit the appointment with this user - [email protected]
It's booked for 02:27 Am
However, if I want to change it to a different date and time
I just found out that the events i did make: I can see them in the list when i click on events (back end), I can see them in the schedule as placed on my website ( https://leden.mishpa.nl/routes ) but I cannot see those events in the calender in the back end. I don't know if that has something to do with the problem... Just wanted to let you know. Hopefully there is some kind of solution.
P.s. It doesn't matter which event I try to edit, all the events are a problem
What I also just found out, sorry for the spam e-mails... Is that you can book an event on the website (front end), the whole process is good, but then I don't get an notification email. Not as employee, not as participant of the event. In the back end I see in the list that someone has signed up for that event, but i cannot see who it is... I really have no clue about what is going on :( Hopefully you can help me out
Is there a chance to create a completely new WP user with admin permission? In this way, you will be sure that there are no conflicts. A WP user with admin permissions is surely able to edit all the settings including the events/appointments.
Unfortunatly that doesn't work :( I did make an new user account for you, which I tried using... And just now I made another with a complete new emailaddress and it doesn't work... The events I last updated before this problem I also still cannot see in the back end calender. I can see it in my google calender and on my website... I really don't understand this problem Is the only way to fix this install amelia all over again? :(
It seems I found out why this all happend. I updated some plugins and with 1 plugin it went wrong... I put a database and website backup back to a date end of january when I didn't have any problems and for now it works good again :)
Thanks for the update. As I suspected, it seems to be a conflict, but I wasn’t able to pinpoint the root cause. Perhaps you can continue using Amelia with these settings, monitor the situation, and let me know if the issue occurs again.
