Hi,
I'm using Amelia for a coworking space. We have a few desks that we would like to sell through the site. We believe that the calendar view is the best option to display the desks availability by selecting the date first and then the available services. However, it appears that even desks that are not available appear in the calendar list. How can I hide the inactive services?

Thanks for reaching out to us. All services assigned to a specific employee will always be visible on the booking form. The search view booking form is an exception, but all other booking forms work in a way that the service needs to be selected first to display the date and time options.
You can either unassign the service from the employee settings or disable the "Show on site" option for the service.
Please note that the search booking form is an old booking form, old booking forms will be deprecated in near future.

Hi, Stefan! By unavailable, I mean already booked. So they don't appear in the list of options, especially when I display all options in a Search view (where the user has to select a date first).
Have you done something like this before?

Apologies for the confusion – it seems I misunderstood the question at first. Are you referring to the Search booking form, or is it something else? If possible, could you provide a screenshot to help clarify?

Here is a link to a demo calendar I’ve created:
I have private desks 1 and 2 booked for the second week of February, but the calendar shows them in the list no matter what. Once you try to book Private Desk 1, it shows no availability.
It’s a bit misleading and confusing. Is there a way to fix this—either hide the services that are not available or already booked or something else?

I see now, thanks for the explanation. Unfortunatelly, there is no such option currently within Amelia features. You can add various types of this shortcode, but there is no option to configure this particular option.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
