In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I am currently figuring out how to receive a notification in the event of leaving the website without payment at final payment page of square.
The issue is;
the booking can't be confirmed because payment is not made, but still the booking status is pending which blocks the slot and I do not get even notified about this pending booking.
Any solutions for the issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment. In Square as well in Mollie, an appointment is created as "pending," and if the payment fails, you would need to manually cancel the appointment.
This payment method works in such a way because the slot needs to be reserved. In the future, we will explore whether it is possible to automatically cancel the appointment in such cases. However, this does not depend solely on us at this time, and we cannot make any promises.
For now, the process has to work this way, and you will need to manually cancel these appointments. Alternatively, you can try using Stripe, which processes payments directly via credit cards, as an example.
