We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Amelia Support Team,
We’ve been using Amelia form last six months and truly appreciate its robust features and user-friendly interface. It has streamlined our booking process significantly, and our team is impressed with its functionality.
However, we’ve noticed that there’s currently no option to set specific days off for particular services. This feature would be incredibly helpful for scenarios where certain services are unavailable on specific days, while others remain active.
Adding this functionality would enhance scheduling flexibility and align better with businesses that have diverse service offerings and dynamic availability.
We would love to know if there are any plans to introduce this feature or if there’s a work around we could implement in the meantime.
Thank you for your continuous support and for considering this request. We look forward to hearing from you!
Warm regards,
J Anjaneyulu
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Service work hours depend on employee work hours so you need to set days off for employees not for services. If this employee is working on several services and you need it to not work only on that one service then you can create special days for that employee and set that it is working only on other services. You can read more about it on these links https://wpamelia.com/special-days/ https://wpamelia.com/days-off/
This should help.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
