We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
1) I want to update a table (and chart) that was created from a CSV file (both already exist, and are used in that URL). However, the option to update the table (and chart) from a revised/new version of the CSV file does not exist in the configuration editor. I suspect that's because I didn't create the table as a "manual" table. Is there a way to change the nature of a table so I can update it, or must I delete the existing table and start over?
2) I'm using Highcharts (line charts). The Y axis displays prices in whole numbers. I'd like to display them with two decimal places, since they represent figures in US $. How do I customize the numeric format?

Hi Milos, thanx for the reply.
As an aside, I would urge you to urge your management to hire more tech support people. The lack of a response to this question for several days led me to leave several negative reviews of your product online. That's not in anyone's interest.
I have a separate/new tech support question, but I'll open a separate ticket for that.
