Subject: Assistance Needed with Group Booking - Collecting Attendee Information Individually
I’m currently using the most advanced version of Amelia for managing my events, and I’ve encountered an issue with the Group Booking functionality. I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.
The Situation:
I have configured an event and i enabled "allow bringing more people"
I have created Custom Fields (Name, Email, Phone) and marked them as required. These fields are associated with the event, and my expectation is that these fields should be displayed for each participant individually when multiple spots are booked.
The Issue:
When a customer books multiple spots, the system only collects information for one customer and does not display the fields for each individual participant. This is a critical requirement, as I need to gather the name, email, and phone number for every participant.
Steps Already Taken:
I’ve enabled Allow bringing more people and The price will multiply by the number of people/spots in the Pricing settings for the event.
I’ve created the necessary Custom Fields (Name, Email, Phone) and associated them with the event.
What I Need:
I’d like to understand:
Is there an additional setting or step I may have missed to ensure the system collects individual information for each participant?
Unfortunately, currently this feature is not available in Amelia. The only option that exist is what you are already using and that is custom field but all of these fields will be shown under original customer that is bringing the additional people. But you need to ask your customer to enter data for people that they are bringing with them. In case that they are bringing 5 people and they send data for only 2 we can not do anything about it Im afraid since there is no other option for this at the moment.
