Hi Team, I just installed Amelia on wordpress and im having trouble with the email system. When a client books a call with me they do not get a email confirming the appointment or anything at all. I went to the notification's and even sent a test email and when I do it says "Email not sent". I put all the right settings in "settings" than "notifications" but nothing seems to work. Please help me.
An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
The credentials are not correct.
There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.

Please check these points, and let me know if you were able to resolve the issue. If you're still not able to resolve the issue, we'll need to remote into your website and see what's going on.
