When placeholders are added to a template page, ie. %field_name% , they display as expected when using the POST method. However, they do not appear when using the GET method.
Hi @Rudi, So far, we isolated this issue only for the "GET" method. Maybe you are using a specific data set or some specific option which we haven't tried yet during testing.
Could you please open a new private ticket and if you can please record a Video of your screen, to show us the steps, how you configured your table's Master-Details options and how this issue happens on your Site/Page/table with the POST configuration - then we can pass the Video to our QA Team?
It is best to either use a private Ticket or private message there, for security - if you show any sensitive data/Pages, then only we can see it.
No, to clarify the master detail page does not display the data in place of the placeholder at all, including if there are values to display/the field is not Null. When the master detail page loads there is just a blank space where the value should be.
My sincerest apologies—we encountered significant issues with our ticketing system.
Some tickets were mistakenly marked as "replied" even though they hadn’t received a response, which caused us to miss them.
It looks like the issue has been resolved now, but we've also implemented a new support system that you can access directly on our site. Just click the little chat box in the bottom right corner. First, our AI assistant will attempt to help with your questions or issues. It continuously learns and improves, but if it doesn't resolve your issue, it will connect you with us directly.
Thank you for your patience.
In regards to the issue you described - My apology, I misunderstood at first. So, this does not happen for empty/blank values, but as you described, when there are actual values to be rendered, on the Template Page, where you have a column placeholder, it just renders blank?
- Can you confirm are you perhaps trying to combine rendering of the Child table, as "Send Child table data" combined with column placeholders; Or did you select "Send child table row data"?
If you are trying to combine both on the same Page, that can not work.
Let me know if that was perhaps the scenario, or if the column placeholders won't render when sending child table row data option?
thanks for your reply milos. No, I am using "Send Parent Row data" but all placeholders appear blank even if there is data available. Attached is a video which may help to demonstrate the issue more clearly.

I'm experiencing the same issue with both POST and GET configuration.
Did you find a solution?
