I am trying to add an event to a test site, and I put in information and nothing is populating. I went into the database, NULL is in the error column. I deactivated all the plugins and changed to a basic theme, and tried again, still no luck. Cleared the cache, etc. I read about the duplicate employee emails causing a problem. So, all the emails are now unique. Still not able to add an event.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks for the access, but I couldn't reproduce the issue. With the WP user you gave me access to, I was able to create an event without any issues.
Perhaps you could give me access to your other WP user? Usually, this is caused by a user role conflict, but I don’t see any issues here.
