Thanks for reaching out to us. By default, notifications are sent to both customers and employees. You just need to ensure that the email configuration is correct. You can also create a new custom notification template and assign it to a specific service. However, there is no option to assign a notification to a specific employee. Since the employee is assigned to the service, the notification will be triggered whenever a customer selects that service or employee.
