I set a service to have 1 hour durations and there is a 13 hour custom duration and pricing set. Admins are set to book any time and the hours for the service is set as 07:00am to 21:00pm ( 13 hours in a day ). When I try, as an admin, to book via the calendar a slot for a day that is completely empty and I want to book 11 hours ( of the 13 hour day ) starting at 08:00am. I can't! I choose the customer, choose 11 hours but I only get the options of 12:00am, 07:00am, 11:00am or 10:00pm? Why? Why can't I choose my 11 hours from any of the free hours for that service?
If I then choose 07:00am and then try to 'move' the time along by an hour, it tells me that time slot s not available but it IS!
Please can you help me sort this out as soon as you can?
