We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

How to add extras to packages?

    Hello there, I have been reading through the forums and I see a number of people have already asked this question, and have been told that it's not currently possible, however I would like to add my voice to those desperate for such an obvious oversight to be implemented:

    I absolutely need to be able to add extras to packages. I run a music rehearsal room, and the packages option allows me to offer a discount if more than one session is booked in one go, which is a great way to incentivise people to book more. But the option to add extras then disappears! This is really, really unhelpful!

    Are you able to suggest any kind of workaround?

    And is it likely that this may get implemented in the future? 

    It's an otherwise great product, but it's a shame that this lets it down.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    At the moment, this feature is unfortunately not available and cannot be implemented in Amelia due to technical reasons. While we cannot confirm whether it will be available in the future, it is not possible to implement it at this time.
