To stop the employee from receiving SMS notifications, you can disable the SMS template for employees. Please go to Amelia > Notifications > SMS Notifications > Customize, and make sure to disable the relevant template for the employee.
The sender number +15108228123 is the default number used by the SMS provider, and unfortunately, this number cannot be changed. We understand that some people may be cautious with unknown international numbers.
