This is absolutely ridiculous. Every single time without fail, I try to edit or change anything on amelia it will not work for me. I do not have time to keep going back and forth with your IT team, which takes several days to come back and my last ticket was unresolved as they couldn't login (despite correct log in being provided). I am requesting a video call to go through the system and fix all my issues within 1 week or I am cancelling my amelia pro subscription. The constant issues is embarrassing for my business and is not aligned with the professional, seamless service I am trying to provide.

Regarding the login issue, all of our agents log in to customer websites dozens of times a day to assist with various issues. If they were unable to log in to your site, this is not related to them but rather to your website or hosting provider. It is possible that there is a firewall or other restriction in place that blocks access from our region or IP addresses.
We kindly ask that you provide a short and clear description of the issue, or send us a video (no longer than one minute) demonstrating the issue. You are also welcome to provide temporary login credentials so we can save time if logging in becomes necessary. We will be happy to assist you further.
