We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi,
My client can book sessions either individually or by purchasing a package of 10 or 20 sessions. I've noticed that when they book a single session, Amelia always prompts them with "Do you want to add this to your calendar" (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.).
However, when they book a session through their package of 10 or 20, the message simply states "Successfully booked" without the option to add the session to a calendar. (see attachment)
Could you help me with this?

Thanks for reaching out to us. This option is specifically designed for front-end booking and will only appear when a customer books a single appointment. However, booking an appointment through the customer panel is a separate section, so this message will not be shown to customers there.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, to see if someone may have already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
