We need help with the shift and services manager plugin on our website.
We have saved and published the Step-by-Step Booking Form *screenshot 1*, but the changes are not saved *screenshot 2*, despite the notice that it has been successfully published, the site does not appear updated, and when the page is refreshed the configuration we made is delete (we want the tab to be Packages instead of Services *screenshot 3*)

It seems like the user wants to display only one category of packages using a custom shortcode, but the option to filter by category isn’t available in the current shortcode you provided. Unfortunately, if this feature isn't natively supported in Amelia's shortcode functionality, it's not possible to achieve this directly without custom development.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't have the time for custom work in the near future.

Thank you for reaching out ot us.
For that purpose, instead of the shortcode on the front-end that you are currently using, you will have to use the following shortcode:
[ameliastepbooking show=packages] if you have Packages enabled, and you only want to show packages, without services in the form.
