We are using BuddyBoss along with Amelia for our website. We would like to have
WP Users with the BuddyBoss role of "Student" to have the WP User role of AmeliaCustomer
and
WP Users with the BuddyBoss role of "Teacher" to have the WP User role of AmeliaEmployee
We are using UncannyAutomator to do this already and it works perfectly. The problem now is that we need to create Amelia customers and Amelia Employees. How can we automate this?
Thank you for reaching out to us. Amelia already includes an option to automatically create a customer whenever a new appointment is booked. However, this functionality doesn’t extend to new employees. There is no dedicated option for the automatic creation of employees, as this process is intended to be handled manually by the admin. I’m not certain if this can be fully automated, even with tools like Uncanny Automator.
