Hi,
2 people want to cancel their appointments. They booked through a package. They are within the cancellation period so I don't want to refund the appointments to their package but I want to free up the spaces - is this possible?
Would it be possible to get an answer on this today? It's directly impacting the business right now

Unfortunatelly, deleting the appointments directly from the booked package will always free up the space, but the customer would also get +1 appointment to his account. So, in other words, there is no option to cancel the appointment without a refund, unfortunately.

Honestly, this hasn’t been addressed so far because the packages are designed to work in a way where the appointment is always refunded to the customer if canceled. I will forward your request to our developers, but as you may already know, you can also suggest this as a feature on our feature suggestion page.
