We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hey!
I bought Amelia for a customer and set everything up so far. I know that you can connect Google or Outlook to synchronize the calendar. Now the question is, for example, can I, as the owner, also synchronize a calendar where I can see ALL appointments? My customer wants exactly this function, but so far I haven't found the option. If this is not possible, I ask for the implementation of this function. My customer doesn't want to have to log in to the dashboard all the time, when Outlook with the calendar function is open on the PC in the office anyway. This way, he always has an overview of the appointments and his employees.
Kind Regards
Christian
Hello there,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not available in Amelia. What you want is not possible to achieve in Amelia. Integration is for the emplyoee calendar so they must login to WordPress and in Amelia they have to overview appointments- What they want is not possible and they access WP with several clicks similar to number of click that they need to click to access the calendar but if this does not work for them we completely understand but what they want is not possible to achieve Im afraid.
Should you have any further inquiries, we kindly request that you open separate tickets for each question and we will gladly help you there.
We wish you all the best and hope you have a wonderful day ahead.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
