Amelia is not warning for duplicate contact number with different name.
We have created a profile for Kash Sagar and again created another profile for Raj Sagar using same mobile number as Kash's, however we didn’t get warning.
Why does amelia allow for duplicate phone number data when it supports SMS? There's conflicts there no?
Thanks for reaching out to us. There is no warnings, but there is a dedicated option in User Role section. This option needs to be enabled "Check customer's name for existing email/phone when booking"
If this is enabled, Amelia will check the email and credentials and if they already exist, it wont allow customers to book with the same email. They will see a warning "Customer already exists".
