We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Inquiry about synchronizing Booksy calendar with Amelia

    Dear Support Team,

    I would like to ask if it is possible to synchronize the Booksy calendar with the Amelia calendar.
    Specifically, I am interested in ensuring that when an appointment is booked on Booksy, this information is automatically sent to a Google Calendar that is linked to Amelia.

    If this functionality is available, could you please provide details on how to configure it? If not, are there any alternative solutions to achieve this?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It is not possible to synchronize these plugins since there is not integration but there is a workaround that can help. If you connect them to same calendar for example (we are not familiar with this other plugin so hopefully they have this) and once the appointment is added to calendar and set by default to be busy then these time slots should not appear as available for booking on other sites. This is how it would work if you have 2 Amelia installations since we are not familiar with this plugin this is all hypothetical.
