Subject: Feature Request: Staggered Booking Times for Multiple Customers
Dear Amelia Support Team,
I am using Amelia version 8.0 for my salon booking system. I would like to request a feature that allows staggered appointment times for multiple customers when booking the same service.
Current Situation:
- Service duration: 1 hour
- Maximum capacity: 2 customers
- When two customers book the same service, they must start at the same time
Requested Feature:
- Ability to automatically stagger start times for multiple customers
- Example:
* First customer starts at 9:30
* Second customer automatically starts at 10:00
* Both receiving the same 1-hour service
- This would help optimize our workflow and provide better service to our customers
This feature would be particularly useful for:
- Salons and spas
- Personal training sessions
- Any service where starting times need to be staggered for multiple customers
Is this something that could be considered for a future release?
Thank you for your consideration.
Best regards,
[YURIKA]
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
