I am using WP Amelia with payments via WooCommerce.
When booking an appointment for a customer from the backend, the customer is not able to pay for it. When sending a test email for the "Pending Appointment" it only shows the placeholder "%payment_link_woocommerce%" yet not the actual link.
I have set the default appointment status to "in Progress", however when creating a new booking I manually put in on "pending" before saving.
Am I doing something wrong?
I have not changed the settings for the WooCommerce integration in the payment section.
Another issue that may be related is, that when I create an order directly in WooCommerce, that customers are not able to pay for it using the provided link from WooCommerce. I know that this is outside the scope of your support, I just thought I'd mention it.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
