Is there anyway I can get an update on when a customer's package expires. Currently I need to keep track of it manually. If there's someway I can see a column or a report like - number of days left to expiry it would help. A lot of packages lapse and I don't even get to know until i see the book button is deactivated.
Thanks for reaching out to us. Once configured in package settings, the expiration date is visible in the "manage package" section. All booked packages are visible there with the information and also the expiration date.
THis is exactly what I do but not sure why I can't see the expiry date. So how I set the package validity is based on number of days like 60 days or 90 days. I tried several times but my view seems different from yours.
The plugin keeps updating automatically. The new version was due for updation in a few hours. I just did the update and the expiry date is now visible. Thank you.

Hi Sruthi,
Are you on the latest version of Amelia? Strange because the string must be shown if the package has the expiration date.
The expiration date must be configured here
And it will be shown under each customer booking
Kind Regards,
Stefan Petrov
