We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I hope you're doing well. I run a barbershop and have noticed a recurring issue with some clients not showing up for their scheduled appointments. This not only disrupts my daily schedule but also affects my business. To manage this more effectively, I wanted to inquire whether there’s an option within your system to create an internal "blacklist" or a similar feature that would prevent clients who have missed multiple appointments from booking again in the future.

I understand that no-show situations can occasionally happen, but when it becomes a frequent issue, it can be quite challenging for both the salon and other clients. It would be incredibly helpful to have a way to track and address this issue.

Could you please let me know if this is something your platform can accommodate, or if there are any alternatives you might recommend?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

    Hello Yunus,

Thank you for bringing this up! Amelia does indeed offer a way to address this issue. You can block specific customers directly from the Amelia > Customers page in the WordPress dashboard.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Navigate to Amelia > Customers in the WordPress admin panel.
    2. Find the customer you wish to block.
    3. Click on the "Block" button to Block the customer.

Blocked customers will no longer be able to book appointments through your system. This can be a helpful way to manage no-show situations effectively.

Let me know if you need help with the setup or have further questions!

    Kind Regards,
