We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hello, why can't I edit the place or advisor of a consultation that has already been booked? The client has signed up for an appointment with a specialist in a certain location and I cannot change him or transfer him to another specialist on another day..

Thanks for reaching out to us. An admin should be able to change the appointment details no matter the employee work hours. In User Role section / Admin section, there is this option "Allow admin to book appointment at any time", and it needs to be enabled. If enabled, then an admin would be able to book at any time and also change the other information.

I want to clarify
I have a group consultation for which, for example, 10 people have signed up. One person wants to change the place and time of the meeting? Is it possible for me as an Administrator to change the date of a meeting for one person for which several people have signed up?

Thank you for the video. Unfortunately, for group bookings where multiple customers have booked, it’s not possible to change the date and time for a specific customer within the appointment settings. You would need to remove the attendee from the group booking and manually add them to a different appointment with a new date and time.
You can, however, change the appointment status for each customer's individual appointment.
