    I write this in english but my websites are in Dutch(Belgium)

    First and most urgent problem:


    I have created an event in Amelia where users can buy a ticket for €5 via Mollie.
    That all works well (it is not the first event that i create and use in Amelia) but the notification mail that is set to be send when someone has succesfully booked isn't send to the specified emailadress of that user. When i do a test where i play a user and use an emailadress of me i don't receive anything.
    IMPORTANT : when i use 'send a test mail' in the mailsettings for the 'event booked' and i use there the same emailadres from me to test then i receive immediatly the test mail with John doe .... etc. But when i use the website it doens't work...

    As far as i can remember in the past i received notifications when i tested but i'm not sure. I'm a rather new user of Amelia on my Wordpress websites and don't have much experience with the mailing configuration and behavior of Amelia in this matter. So, for the moment we have to see if new users have bought a ticket in the backend events screen and we let them manually know that they bought succesfully their ticket. This is not a good service to the user and complex for ourselves and dangerous for admin,istrative mistakes. So i want to see as fast as possible a solution to this problem.

    I hope it is possible that someone of Amelia can have a look on my server to see what is the problem. I have the plugin 'WP Mail SMTP' active and it works well for other plugins (the testfunction of this plugin gives a possitive result). I configured the SMTP in Amelia as found in the online FAQ but maybe i do something wrong (you can find printscreens in the attachments with this ticket)

    Second question:
    I'm really enthousiast about the booking tool from Amelia but for the moment i don't use it (so now only the events) because i need an API connection with 'Teamleader', a CRM system that we use for our administration. When a booking is created in Amelia there is now no automatic linc with Teamleader to create a new 'deal' in that application. I already investigated and tested the integrations like outlook calender also in Amelia.

    So now i use forms from Teamleader where people can make an appointment that is put in the teamleader agenda and is synchronized with an outlook calendar on our Exchange system from Microsoft. This calendar can people view on the website to see if a slot is yet free. So, it is a not optimal workaround until i can use Amelia fully and give an optimal service to our end users.

    So, what i ask infact i think, is that i can have one or more sessions with someone of Amelia where they or we can work on my environment to put me in the good direction. For example to make a link between the API of Amelia and the API from Teamleader to work with triggers (Zapier?). I hope this assistance is included in my subscription but i'm also willing to pay extra for this personal assistance.

    I hope to hear soon from you and have already heard a lot of possitive reactions about this helpdesk.

    Hello again,

    We need to test notifications to see the error. Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    We went on your site and we made booking on the backend and we got the notification straight away

    We would need to test this on the front via Mollie in sand box mode (this does not work on your site so you either create new sandbox mode and test or setup new sandbox mode so that we can test) to set us some 100% coupon so that we can test this on the front end.
